The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a very nice area, just off a Fado restaurant in the evening and taxi to city centre. The room was high quality and silent, luxurious bathroom. The food was amazing and the staff was very amiable. The breakfast was varied and the parking was in the venue. The place was high-class, nothing to complain about, recommend.

It's a 1st class hip new hotel nestled in a classic style building. The location is quiet and lovely to all major tourist spots. It's close to the Gulbenkian Museum, the train station and bus station and which are very cheap. Very amiable and caring staff as one would expect. The breakfast is varied and plentiful even for vegetarians, has delightful food.

I was there for 4 nights and would love to return. Everything was brand-new, fairly clean hotel, great and pleasant location close to transport. I truly enjoyed comfortable rooms with a table & chairs & a chair to sit at the desk and a nice view plus coffee, and faultless staff. A jacuzzi bathtub and a bath were available there.

The hotel itself was mediocre, nevertheless the breakfast was plentiful and the staff were competent. The room was well priced and brand-new and I also had a luxury bathroom. This venue had a super central position close to the shopping mall. Sete Rios district was worth staying in. The lobby bar was attractive.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The room was beautifully decorated when upgraded with twin beds, a table & chairs, as example. Had breakfast in the bar. The very good service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. What's more, there's parking in the hotel. Had convenient location to walk to metro, just next door to Praca de Espanha. Besides, it was just off the park, a museum and El Corte Ingles and Sao Sebastiao station.
